The stickers with the requested warranty claim form information are located in the inside of the frame of the window on a yellow (old) or white label. This information is crucial to the manufacturer of the correct warranty replacement part.
Lockheed Window Corp.'s warranty on our products does not include the installation or removal of warranty parts. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information on service providers in your area.
The lead time for warranty parts/products is approximately 2 weeks plus delivery.
There will be a $25.00 delivery charge for MA, CT, and RI truck home delivery. All other state deliveries will be shipped Freight Collect at the customer's expense. You may also choose to pick the product up at our plant at 925 South Main Street, Pascoag, RI, 021859. Please indicate your delivery preference.
Pro-rated charges may apply depending on the product date of manufacture. The Customer Service Department will contact you regarding additional charges if applicable upon receipt of your warranty form.
We currently have materials from previous vendors but our stock is limited for older windows for handles (casement). A photo of the handle is most helpful in matching the replacement part. Please send a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org with the warranty form.
