What paperwork is needed to address my warranty claim?

Please submit your requests through our Warranty Claim Form.

How can I get a copy of my warranty form?

Copies of applicable warranty forms for the dates that your window(s) were manufactured are available by contacting our Customer Service department at 800-537-3061 or quotelwc@lockheedwindow.com.

Where can I find my warranty claim form information?

The stickers with the requested warranty claim form information are located in the inside of the frame of the window on a yellow (old) or white label. This information is crucial to the manufacturer of the correct warranty replacement part.

Will Lockheed install my warranty products?

Lockheed Window Corp.'s warranty on our products does not include the installation or removal of warranty parts. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information on service providers in your area.

How long does it take to get my product?

The lead time for warranty parts/products is approximately 2 weeks plus delivery.

Are there any additional charges?

There will be a $25.00 delivery charge for MA, CT, and RI truck home delivery. All other state deliveries will be shipped Freight Collect at the customer's expense. You may also choose to pick the product up at our plant at 925 South Main Street, Pascoag, RI, 021859. Please indicate your delivery preference.

Pro-rated charges may apply depending on the product date of manufacture. The Customer Service Department will contact you regarding additional charges if applicable upon receipt of your warranty form.

Can I get a replacement handle for my window?

We currently have materials from previous vendors but our stock is limited for older windows for handles (casement). A photo of the handle is most helpful in matching the replacement part. Please send a picture to quotelwc@lockheedwindow.com with the warranty form.
